Our Employment Team is well regarded for providing advice to employees in both contentious and non contentious matters.

We advise Employees on all aspects of employment including:

To advise you on your employment issue we will need to know:

  • Your date of birth
  • Your length of service with your current employer
  • Your salary 
  • Other aspects of your remuneration package

We will also need to have sight of:

  • Your contract of employment
  • Any staff handbook
  • Other policies including grievance and disciplinary procedures
  • Copies of appraisals
  • Relevant correspondence to or from you or your employer
  • Wage slips and if relevant your P45
